100 m from the Old Port, 300 m from the train station and the Aquarium, close to all amenities, in quiet and secure residence, on the 1st floor with elevator, apartment of 31 m² with separate sleeping area, overlooking a balcony.

Contemporary style, our comfortable apartment (flat screen TV, wifi, hi-fi system, washing machine) can accommodate up to 2 people (double bed), completely redone and equipped with new, our flat is composed of:

- entrance with cupboard and wardrobe

- a bathroom with shower, storage furniture, separate toilet

- a sleeping area (with a bed of 140)

- a main room, with equipped kitchen, overlooking the terrace in loggia of 6 m² with garden furniture, to enjoy an outdoor in all seasons.

Short stay on request (85€ per night) in low season, depending on last minute availabilities: from 3 nights minimum.
