Two-room apartment close to the Old Port and the train station, for 4 people, ideally located to enjoy the city center on foot. 

200 m from the Old Port, 500 m from the train station and the Aquarium, close to all amenities, two-room apartment of 38 m2, on the 3rd floor with elevator of a quiet and secure residence.

Our apartment is composed of:

- an entrance with wardrobe

- one main room, with living room, dining area, equipped and fitted kitchen 

- a separate bedroom with dresser and storage closet

- Bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet

Contemporary style, our comfortable apartment (flat screen TV, hi-fi system, washing machine) can accommodate up to 4 people (140 cm bed in the bedroom and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room).

Wifi by fiber available. 

The apartment is non-smoking and prohibited to animals (breach of contract without compensation).

Pay parking in the street or at the underground parking Vieux Port Sud (150 m from the apartment)

Disabled place in front of the building.

A bicycle room is available in the basement of the residence (limited places according to availability).

Sheets and linens are available as an option.

Weekly rates, Saturday to Saturday:

- Low season (from October to April, except school holidays): 390 €

- Middle season (May, June, September, school holidays): 470 €

- High season ( July and August): 550 €

Two-week discount: -40 € 

Tourist tax 3*: € 1.65 per day per person (from 18 years).

Short stay on request (90€ per night) in low season, depending on last minute availabilities: from 3 nights minimum.
