In the residential area of La Genette, 1.2 km from the city center and the old port, 800 m from the mail, the seaside and shops, studio of 28 m2 in quiet and quality residence, on the 1st floor with elevator.

Contemporary style, our comfortable studio, renovated in September 2022  (flat screen TV, equipped kitchen) can accommodate up to 2 people (bed 140 cm) and is composed of:

- entrance with storage closets

- a shower room with toilets 

- a main room with equipped kitchen, sleeping area

and benefits from a terrace of 7 m2 with garden furniture.

Bicycle storage in the residence, parking spaces outside the residence or on the street

(not private)

Optional secure closed garage in the basement: 50 € the week (depending on availability at the time of booking).

Our apartment is non-smoking and pets are prohibited (breach of contract without compensation).

Weekly rates, Saturday to Saturday: 

- Low season (from mid September to mid June): 450 €

- High season (from mid June to mid September): 520 €

Tourist tax 3*:  1,76 €  per day per person (from 18 years). 

Short stay on request (85€ per night) in low season, depending on last minute availabilities: from 3 nights minimum.
